Goal. Safe and punctual escorting children to schools, kindergartens, training places and while travelling within the city limits.
We are duty dispatcher service – an official partner of Yandex Taxi in Almaty city. We are experienced in organizing children shuttling, we provide monitoring over walking escorting for children within the city limits. We have our own car fleet and also hired fleet vehicles and drivers. We as dispatchers select and control drivers, cars and escorting persons.

Shuttling
On minibuses
Advantages
- cheaper than taxi or traveling on a light car;
- more stable traffic route;
- our vehicles rarely fail;
Disadvantages
- our vehicles do not drop off passengers at the house, passenger drop-off or boarding at large streets or bus stops;
- long boarding to the minivan at school due to large number of schoolchildren;
- if one child is missing, all the rest children will wait in the minibus;
- longer shuttling time, especially for the children travelling to remote destinations;
- average delivering time in the morning takes 1.5-2 hours;
- average delivering time in the evening takes 1.5-2.5 hours;
- average traveling time takes 2-4,5 hours per day, 44-88 hours per month (total travelling time is 2 to 4 days per month).
On a light car
Advantages
- may approach the house;
- deliver 1 to 4 children at once;
- prompt children boarding;
- upon request may deliver a child to another destination (provided that this is not a significant deviation from the route);
- average delivering time in the morning takes 0.5-1 hour;
- average delivering time in the evening takes 0,5-1 hour;
- average traveling time takes 1-2 hours per day, 22-44 hours per month (total travelling time is 1 to 2 days per month);
- traveling time is twice less than the travelling time by minibus;
Disadvantages
- more expensive than traveling by minibus (providing shuttling for 4 children is 10-15% more expensive); - traffic route is less stable, because is one passenger refuses to travel, the rest passengers will pay more for shutting services;
- a light car is more susceptible to technical failures.
